A load of films this month, including a late afternoon feature on channel 12 dubbed "Creature Feature"
I had forgotten about this until I saw it listed.

A couple of flicks I'd like to go back in time to watch.

3:30 PM Channel 5

 5:30 PM Channel 12
Creature Feature this week is sketchy. The listing is for Return of the Giant Monsters but has a date of 1966.
But according to imdb.com and other internet sources
ROTGM came out in 1967.
So this was either a misprint or
the actual film shown was War of the Monsters

JANUARY 27 1979
12:30 PM Channel 12
A clip.
It looks colorized but it's not. This was actually a 2 strip technicolor film.

December 1984

You can use the older post/new post buttons at the bottom
to go to the previous or next month listings.
Or choose a specific month from the archive at right.

August archive features January 1980 - December 1982.

And so we come to the end of 1984. I chose this date to stop at because, as mentioned earlier, the enormous amount of movies available on cable rendered local Saturday afternoon movies near irrelevant. Also it was the year I graduated from high school and pretty much stopped watching Saturday afternoon TV. I'll start listing previous 1980 films starting at 1979 and moving backwards next, and will list until I see that reruns of the films already seen make it pointless to go on. I will soon start on the Project Terror blog.

Lots of TV movies this month.
